A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINC PARCEL MAP NO. 7902
(T~IqTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 7902), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 7902, submitted by John and Rina
Ling, and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the east side of Mayberry, south
of Hilson, being a division of a portion of the northeast 1/4, Section 26, T. 1
H. R. 7 H., San Bernardino Base and Meridian, was approved by the Planning
Commission as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in compliance
with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
HHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 7902 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
HHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon·
NO~/, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 7902 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record·
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16tb day of April, 1986.
