A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVIRG PARCEL HAP NO. 86 80 ,
(TBI~TATIVE PARCEL HAP NO. 8680), IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT, AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 8680, submitted by M & B
Residential Development Incorporated, and consisting of 3 parcels, located on
the east side of Ramona, south of Base Line, being a division of the south 220
feet of Lot 6, Section 2, Township I south, Range 7 west, San Bernardino Base
and Meridian, according to the Map of Cucamonga Land, as per plat recorded in
Book 4 of Maps, Page 9, Records of San Bernardino County, was approved by the
Planning Commission as provided in the State Subdivision Map Act and is in
compliance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 8680 is the Final Map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map, said subdivider submits for approval said Final Map
offering for dedication for public use the streets delineated thereon.
NOW, TBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon behalf
of said City; and
That said Parcel Map No. 8680 be and the same is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to
present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16tb day of April, 1986.
