A RESOLUTI08 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PIPELINE LICB~qSE BET~EBI9
THE CITY AND THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STORM DRAIN FACILITIES WITRIN THE
RAILROAD RIG HT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, storm drain facilities are required to be installed within
tbe Southern Pacific Transportation Company right-of-way near the Engineer's
Stations 2152+46 and 2172~68, County of San Bernardino, State of California,
for project, Tract No. 12590; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration a Pipeline License between the Southern
Pacific Transportation Company and the CiW for the right to install the storm
drain facilities at the above location.
NO~4, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Pipeline License be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
same on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga.
PASSED, APPROVBD, and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1986.
