A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMO~GA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMRNT EXTBltSION
AGREEMEBT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 12621
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on February 7, 1986, by Richwood Development Company as developer, for
the improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real proper~y
specifically described therein, and generally located on the south side of
Arrow, between Madtone and Baker; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said Tract 12621; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement SecuritT, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Extension A~reement and
said Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Extension A~reement on behalf of the
City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto,
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 16th day of April, 1986.
