A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TRACTS NOS. 11934, 12044, 12045, AND 12046 AND
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tracts Nos.
11934, 12044, 12045, and 12046 have been completed to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
~he City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
~he County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1986.
