TO FULFILL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PREFeR)( DUTIES FOR SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT PROCEEDINGS

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancbo CucamonSe (the
"City**) is considerins the form=rico of an assessment district, pursuant Co the
"Municipal Improvement Act of lg13", heine Division 12 of the SCreeCs and
Highways Code, for certain public works and improvements and acquisitions, if

SECTION 2: The person appointed Co assume the responsibilities and
the duties of Superintendent of Streets for Cbe Assessment District

SECTleE 5: The enSineer(s) designated Co assume the responsibilities
and perform the duties of EnSineer of Work for the Assessment District shall be

(the "Engineer of Work") and the Engineer of Work shall assume the
responsibilities and perform the duties specified in the Agreement for
EnSineerins Services on file wiCb the Cit~y Clerk which is hereby authorized and
approved.

SKCTIOH 6: The underwriter designated to purchase bonds represen=in8

(the "Underwriter") and the Underwriter shall purchase such bonds as specified
in the Purchase AZreement on file wiCb the City Clerk which is hereby
authorized end appraved.
SECT10g 7: The attorney(s) appointed as Bond Counsel shall be
BAZA~K, HARPEl, HOPKIllS & MCFAILLIE
(the "Bond Counsel") and Bond Counsel shall assume the responsibilities and
perform the duties specified in the Agreement for Bond Counsel Services on file
with the City Clerk which is hereby authorized and approved,
SECTIOg 8: A Special Fund designated by the name and number of the
Assessment District is hereby established and all proceeds from the sale of
bonds and cash collections shall be deposited into this Fund. In order to
expedite these proceedings, monies from any available source may be transferred
to this Fund. Any monies transferred shall be a loan to this Fund and shall be
repaid from proceeds from the sale of bonds and cash collections, pursuant to
Section 10210 of the Streets and Highways Code.
