A RESOLUTIOIq OF THE CITY COUNCI~ OF THE CITY OF RAlqCHO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORIqlA, APPROVING IMPBOVEMBIqT A~ItEKM~qT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR DKVBLOPMBIqT REVIEW NO. 85-32
WHEREAS, the City Council of the tit7 of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement A~reement executed on
March 11, 1986, by Forecast Mortgage Corporation as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located in Tract 12176, Lot 9, on the
northeast corner of Civic Center Drive and Utica Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is Co be done ~n
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Development Review Ms. 85-32; and
WH~RKaS. said Improvement Agreeant is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreeant,
ROW, THEREFORK, BE IT RESOLVE by the City Council of tbe City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same mrs hereby approved end the Mayor is
hereby authorlead to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamengm, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVID, and ADOPTID this 2nd day of April, 1986.
