A RKSOLUTIOIq OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMOIqGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINC IMPROVEMRNT EXT~IqSION
AGREEMENT AND IMPltOVEME~T SECURITY FOa TRACT 11781 AND
TRACT 11625
WBEREAS, the City Council of the Cit~y of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its conzideration an Improvement A~reement Extension
executed on March 19, 1986, by Roy E. Daly and Company as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real propart-y specifically
described therein, and generally located on the northwest corner of lgth Street
and Hermosa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement A~reement and subject to the term thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real properly am referred co Planning
Comaission, Tracts 11781 and 11625; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement A~reement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement SecuriL-y, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by the Cily Council of the City of
aancho Cucamenga, California, that said Improvement ASreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement ASreement on behalf of the City cf
Rancho Cucamenga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APFEOVED, and ADOPTED this 2rid day of April, 1986.
