A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUMCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAH(~GA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVENENT AGREENRNT

WHEREAS, the City Council of tbe City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, bag for its consideration Improvement A~reement Extensions executed
on Harcb 5, 1986, by Crisaar Development Corporation as developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on Wilson Avenue, west of Hermosa
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of sucb improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreements and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction vith tha development of said Tracts 9441 and 11609; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement Extensions are secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Securities, vbicb are identified
in said Improvement A~reements.
NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamenga, California, that said Improvement Agreement Extensions and
said Improvement Securities be and the same are hereby approved and the Hayor
is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement A~reesent Extensions on behalf of
the City of Kancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2ad da~ of April, 1986.
