A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAHCHO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVINC PARCEL MAP NUMBER 8763
(TENTATIVg PARCEL MAP NO. 8763)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 8763, subR~tted by Rochester
Freeway North, Limited and consisting of 2 parcels, located north of Sixth
Street, vest of Old Rochester Avenue beln$ · division of Lot 35, map of
Rochester, as per plat recorded in Book 9, page 20 of Maps, records of San
Bernardins County was epproved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho
Cucmmonaa; and
WHENgAS, Parcel Map Number 8763 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; end
WHEItKAS, all of the requirements established am prerequisite
approval of the final map by the tit7 Council of said City have new been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the tit7 Council of t~e City of
Rmncbo Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 8763 be and the same
is bareby approved and the Cit7 gngineer is authorlead to present same to the
County Recorder t:o be filed for record.
PASSED, AP..PROVED, and ADOPTED this 2rid day of April, 1986.
