A RESOLUTION OF THB CITY COUNCIL OF TaB CITY OF RAHCHO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORHIA, APPROVIXG PARCEL MAP NUMBER 8902
(TEHTATIVB PARCEL MAP NO. 8902)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 8902, submitted by Robert
Kirsbbaua and consisting of ~vo parcels, located on the southens~ corner of Sen
Bernardins Avenue and Grove Avenue, bein2 a division of a portion of Lot 1,
Tract 2952, as per up recorded in Book 41 of Maps, pages 26 and 27, Records of
San Bernardins County, State of California, was approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Ranthe Cucemonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 8902 is the final map of the division of
lend approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, ell of the requirements established ee prerequisite Co
approval of the final mp by the City Council of said City have now been met.
N(N, THEREFORB, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit~y Council of the City of
Ranthe CucasonSa, California, that said Parcel Map Number 8902 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to ~he
County Recorder to be filed for record.
