RICKY AND JEANNA MILLER AHD AUTHORIZING THE ~tAYOl AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGH SAHE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Cit~y of Xancho Cucasonga to
establish requiresenOs for construction of fronCaSe improvesenOs in conjunction
wi~h the Leash Avenue ReconsCrucCion Project.
WHEREAS, installation of curb, guC~er, drive approach and pavemenc
located at 9780 Leash Avenue, to be made pare of the Leash Avenue
Reconstruction Project.
WHERW, Ricky and Jeanna Miller have submiCted a Lien ~reement as
reimburseaen~ Co the City for said iaprovemencs.
NOU, THEREFORX, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucaeonga, California, does accept said Lien A~reesaenC, authorizes the
Mayor and ohm City Clerk Co siSn sam, and directs the Cit~ Clerk Co record
sam in the Office of che County Recorder of San Bernardins Count'y, California.
