A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A LIEif A~REEMEXT FROM
LEgTEN AND REBECCA DAVIES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAMg
WHEREAS, the Cit~y Council of Cbe City of Rmncbo CucamonSa Co
establish requirements for construction of frontage improvements in conjunction
with the Archibald Avenue Reconstruction Project.
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, drive
located at 6239 Archibald Avenue, to be made part of
Reconstruction Project,
approach and pavement
the Archibald Avenue
WHEREAS, Leetar and Rebecca Davies have submitted a Lien A~reement as
reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by the tit7 Council of the City of
Kancho Cucamenga, California, does accept said Lien Agreemnt, authorizes the
Mayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City Clerk to record
same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardins County, California.
