A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAIqCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMElTS
FOR ALTA LOMA STORM DRAIN (AD 84-2) AND AUTNORIZING THE
FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORX
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Alta Lose Storm
Drain (AD 84-2) have been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer;
and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
N(N, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardinn County.
PASSED, APPROVE, and ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, 1986..
