A NOTICv. OF COMPLETI08 FOR THE WORK
VHEREAS, the constructlo· of public improvements. for Utica Storm
Drain AD 82-1 have bee· completed Co the seCisfacCion of the City Engineer; and
WgEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is eu=horized to sign and file · Hotice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardinn County.
PASSE, APPROVE, and ADOPTED this 2rid day of April, 1986.
