A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING INPROVEMEBT ACREEi4EBT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, CONDE!~ATION AGRE~ENT AND FINAL MAP
OF TRACT NO. 13131
W~EAS, the Tentative Map of Tract No. 13131, consisting of I lot,
submitted by Robertson Homes, a division of Ce~vil Corporation, Subdivider,
located at the northeast corner of Arrow Route and Vineyard Avenue has been
submitted to the City of Rancho Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by
said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California,
end in compliance with the requirements of O~dinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement and Condemnation AZrenment submitted herevith for approval and
execution by said City, toSnther with good and sufficient Improvement Security,
and submits for approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use
thn streets delineated thereon·
NOn, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamenga, California, as follows:
That said Improvement end Condemnation Agreement be
and the same is ripproved and the Mayor is authorized
to execute same on behalf of said City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvesmut Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication Ind the Final Map
delineating same be approved and ~be City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
