CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, DENYING WITHOUT PREJUDICE
ENVIRONN~IqTAL ASSESSMENT AND GENERAL PLAN ANENDM!~QT N0.
85-0~B, PORLSA, A PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF THE GRNEKAL PLAN
LAND USE MAP FROM MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL (4-14 DU/AC) TO OFFICE
ON 4.85 ACRES OF LAND, LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
FOOTHILL BOULEVARD, WEST SIDE OF CUCAMONGA CREI, WEST OF
VINEYARD AVENUE - ARe: 208-211-20, 21
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public
hearing on September 25, 1985, to consider all comments on the proposed General
Plan Amendment No. 85-0~B; and
WHEREAS, ~he City Council held a duly advertised public hearing
consider all comments on the proposed Ceneral Plan Amendment No. 85-0~B;
SECTION I: roe Rancbo Cucamonga City Council canAlL~ make the
fol loving findings:
A. roe Amend-ent does not conflict with ~be Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. roe Amendment promotes goals of the Land Use Element.
C, roe Amendment vould not be materially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamon~a CiL7
Council hereby denies without prejudice General Plan Amendment No. 85-0~B.
