WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held n duly advertised public
bearing on January 22, 1986 to consider all commnts on the proposed General
Plan Amendment go. 86-01A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly edvercised public hearing
consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendanna No. 86-01A;
8ECTIGH 1: The aancho Cucamonga City Council ~ make the following
findings:
A. The AmendRent does not conflict with the Land Use
Policies of the General Plan.
B. The &mendsant promotes goals of the Land Use Element,
C. The Aaendment would not be uaterially injurious or
detrimental to the adjacent properties.
SKCTIOH 2: The General Plan Land Use Map shall be amended as
follows:
APH 209-055-02, 03 and 14 shall be changed from Low DenlaCy
Residential (2-~ du/ac) Co Low Medium Density Residential
(4-8 du/ac).
SECTIOH 3: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted based upon the
coRpleCion and findings of the Initial Study.
N~YJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rencho Cucamonga City
Council hereby approves General Plan Amendment go. 86-01A.
