A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9612
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 9612)
W HERE,~, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9612, submitted by Barton
Development Company and consisting of three parcels, located on Foothill
Boulevard between Haven and Aspen Avenues, being a division of Parcel Map 7~3,
as per nap recorded in Book 82, pages 32 and 33, in San Bernardino, was
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9612 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
W HEREAS, al 1 of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been net.
N{Id, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9612 be and the same
is hereby approved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1986.

March, 1986.
