A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R~dQCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPR0VlNG IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR CUP 85-14
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
March 20, 1985, by The Mullet Company, as developer, for the improvement of
public right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described
therein, and generally located at the northwest corner of 9th Street and
Archibald Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real proper~ as referred to Planning
Commission, CUP 85-14; and
W HEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NOW, THERffORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security be and the same are hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1986.
