A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NOS. 11606, -2
TNRU -4
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 11606, -2 thru -4 consisting
of 277 lots, submitted by Glenfed Development Corp. and Group Development,
Subdividers, located on the north side of the Southern Pacific Railroad and
bordering the west side of Deer Creek, has been submitted to the City of Rancho
Cucamonga by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement A~reement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by tbe City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That said Improvement A~reement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is autborized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
autborized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City·
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 2Orb day of March, 1986.
