A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCRO
CUCAMONCA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITY, AND FINAL MAP OF TRACT NO. 13131
WaSREAM, the Tentative Map of Tract No, 13131, consistinS of 1 lot,
submitted by Robertson Homes, Subdivider, located at the northeast corner of
Arrow Route and Vineyard Avenue has been submitted to the City of Rancbo
CucasonSa by said Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California, and in compliance with the
requirements of Ordinance No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requiresants established as prerequisiCe to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
I~provement A~reesent submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, roBether with Sood and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offerinS for dedication for public use the acreeta
delineated chereon.
N0~, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho CucamonSa, California, as follows:
1. Approval subject to City Engineer receiving valid
riSht-of-way documents on Arrow Route and Vineyard
Avenue within 14 days.
That said Improvement A6reement be and the same is
approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and
That said Improvement Securit7 is accepted as Sood and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City.
