A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCANONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMENT ~IIREENENTS,
IMPROVEMENT SECURITIES AND FINAL NAPS OF TRACT NOS. 12642,
12935, 12936, 12937, 12938, 12939, 12940, 12941, 12942 AND
12943
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map of Tract Nos. 12642, 12935, 12936, 12937,
12938, 12939, 12940, 12941, 12942 and 12943, consisting of 421 lots, submitted
by Kaufman and Broad of Southern California and Marlborough Development
Corporation, Subdivider, located on the northeast corner of Highland and
Millikan Avenues has been submitted to the City of Rancbo Cucamonga by said
Subdivider and approved by said City as provided in the Subdivision Map Act of
the State of California, and in compliance with the requirements of Ordinance
No. 28 of said City; and
WHEREAS, to meet the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the Final Map of said Tract said Subdivider has offered the
Improvement A~reement submitted herewith for approval and execution by said
City, together with good and sufficient Improvement Security, and submits for
approval said Final Map offering for dedication for public use the streets
delineated thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, as follows:
That said Improvement ~reement be and the same is
approved and the Ma~or is authorized to execute same
on behalf of said City and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest thereto; and

That said Improvement Security is accepted as good and
sufficient, subject to approval as to form and content
thereof by the City Attorney; and
That the offers for dedication and the Final Map
delineating same be approved and the City Clerk is
authorized to execute the certificate thereon on
behalf of said City·
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1986.

March, 1986.
