A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
APPRAISAL REPORT OF THE PROPOSED RIGHT-OF-WAY ALOE THE
EAST SIDE OF ARCHIBALD AVENUE NORTH OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY RAILROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an appraisal report for private property
(APN 202-181-09) o~ned by Archie D. and Betty Jean Wilson, husband and wife, as
joint tenants; and
WHEREAS, the City proposes to acquire a portion of said property for
right of way in conjunction with the Archibald Avenue and Southern Pacific
Transportation Company Railroad Crossing widening north of Base Line; and
WHEREAS, application for Federal funding of said widening project
requires the City to have prepared, reviewed, and approved said appraisal
report as one of several conditions for Federal funding;
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said appraisal report is hereby approved and
accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1986.
