A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEBENT
CONTRACT AND LIEN ~GREENENT FROM ERIC AND DENISE DUMONT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
Resolution No. 85-236 accepting a Real Property
Agreement from Eric and Denise Dumont; and
of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Improvement Contract and Lien
WHEREAS, said Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement
was recorded in Offici?al Records of San Bernardino County, California, on
Augnest 21, 1986 as Document No. 85-203612; and
WHEREAS, said Real Property Contract and Lien Agreement is no longer
required.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga does hereby release said Real Property Improvement Contract
and Lien A~reement and that the City Clerk shall cause Release of Lien to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Sen Bernardino County,
California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19tb day of February, 1986.
