A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COgNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT
CONTRACT AND LIEN ~GREEMENT FROM ERIC AND DEMISE DUMONT AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ClTY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, tbe City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga adopted
Ordinance No. 58 on February 21, 1979, to establish requirements for
construction of public improvements in conjunction with building permit
issuance; and
WHEREASs installation of off-site improvements of curb, gutter,
sidewalk and pavement and on-site improvements and dedication of equestrian
trails established as prerequisite to issuance of building permit for 12720
Amber Lane has been met by entry into a Real PropertV Improvement Contract and
Lien Agreement by Eric and Denise Dumont.
NO~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the Cit~y of
Rancho Cucamonga, California does accept said Real Propert7 Improvemen~
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino Count-y, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19~h day of February, 1986.
