A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING
TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO AN EXISTING COMMUNITY FACILITIES
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California,
(hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of the local A~ency"),
desires to annex territory to an existing Community Facilities District
pursuant to the term and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities
Act of 1982", being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 of the Government
Code of the State of California, and specifically Article 3.5 thereof. The
existing Community Facilities District has been desiSnated as COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 84-1 (DAY CREMX DRAIN~4~E SYSTEM) (hereinafter referred
to as the "District"); and,
WHEREAS, there has been submitted a map shoving the territory proposed
to be annexed to the existing Community Facilities District, said area to be
designated as
ANNEXATION NO. 86-1
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 84-1
(DAY CREEK DRAIN~E SYSTEM)
(hereinafter referred to as the "annexed territory").
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
SECTION 2: That the map shoving the propert~], parcels and territory
proposed to be annexed to an existin8 Community Facilities District and to be
subject to a special tax to be levied is hereby approved and adopted. Said map
is designated by the name of the existing District and the number of the
proposed annexation.
SECTION 3: That the original of said map shall be kept on file in the
Office of the City Clerk, and a copy shall be on file in the Office of the
Engineer.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1986.
