A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CkTY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9020
(TENTATIVE PARCEL MAp NO. 9020)
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map Number 9020, submitted by Leland Seheu
and consisting of 4 parcels, located on the south side of Seventh Street and
the west side of Archibald Avenue, being a portion of Lot 12 in Section 14 T.
1S, R. 7W, according to Map of Cuoamonga Lands, as recorded in Book 4 of Maps,
Page 9, Records of San Bernardino County, State of Califomia, was app~oved by
the Planning Commission of the City of Rancho Cucamonga; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map Number 9020 is the final map of the division of
land approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS* all of the requirements established as p~erequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cuoamonga, California, that said Parcel Map Number 9020 be and the same
is hereby appPoved and the City Engineer is authorized to present same to the
County Recorder to be filed for record.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1986.
