A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCliO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVBMENT EXTENSION
AGREEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT SECURITY FOR TRACT 10045
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cueamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Extension A~reement
executed on November 14, 1983, by H. Y. Watt, as Developer, for the
improvement of public right-of-way ad3acent to real property specifically
described therein, and generally located on Haven Avenue north of the Channel|
and
WHEREAS, the installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Extension A~reement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be
done in conjunction with the development of said real property referred to as
Tract No. 10045; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension 16reement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified
in said Improvement/~reement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cuea~)nEa, California, that said Improvement Extension AEreement and
said Improvement Security be and the same eu-e hereby approved and the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign said Improvement 16reement on behalf of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk to attest thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of Febmary, 1986.
