A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, APPROVING A JOINT USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY
WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company is the record owner in
possession of certain rights of way and easements for electrical facilities;
and
WHEREAS, City has acquired easement rights for streets and highway
purposes for the improvement of Base Line Road subject to Southern California
Edison Company's easements; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration a Joint Use A~reement, between the
Southern California Edison Company and the City for City's acknowledgemerit of
the priority of Southern California Edison Company,s title over the title of
City as specified in said a~reement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamon~a, California, that said Joint Use ASreement be and the same is
hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
same on behalf of the City of Rancho CucamonSa.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1986.
