A RESOLUTION OF THE CITf COUNCIL OF THE CITf OF RANCH0
CUCMAONGA, CALIFORNIA, RELEASING A STREET FRONTAGE
CONSTRUCTION LIE~ AGRE~I~ENT BETdEEM CHRISTINE L. STIEGER
tND THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCdMONGA
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga approved
and adopted Resolution NO. 85-268 accepting the Street Frontage Construction
Lien Agreement between Christine L. Steiger and the City of Rancho Cucamonga;
and
WHEREAS, said Street Frontage Construction Lien Agreement was
recorded in Official Records of San Bernardino County, State of Califormia;
and
WHEREAS, all conditions in accordance with the term~ of said Street
Frontage Constmotion Lien Agreement have been fulfilled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucsa~onga does hereby release said Street Frontage Lien Agreement and
authorize the Mayor to execute a "Notice of Release of Lien", and that the
City Clerk shall cause said Release of Lien to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County, Califomia.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1986.
