A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING FISCAL AGENT FOR PURPOSES
OF SERVICING CERTAIN SPECIAL TAX BONDS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, California
(hereinafter referred to as the "legislative body of the local Agency"), is
conducting proceedings to create a Community Facilities District pursuant to
the terms and provisions of the '~ello-Roos Community Facilxties Act of 198Z',
being Chapter 2.5, Part 1, Division 2, Title 5 o£ the Government Code of the
State of California. This Community Facilities District shall hereinaiter be
referred to as
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 84-1
(DAY CREEK DRAINAGE SYSTEM)
(hereinafter referred to as the '}istrict"); and
WHEREAS, at this time thxs City Council is desirous to appoxnt a
qualified fiscal agent for purposes of servicing the bonds as proposed to issue
for this District; and
WHEREAS, that this City Council has received a proposal from a
qualified fiscal agent for the servicing of said bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the above recitals are all true and correct.
8~CTION 2: That this City Council hereby appoints BANK OF AMI~RICA NT
& SA to act as Fiscal Agent for purposes of servicing the bonds to issue Under
the provisions of the '~ello-Roos Community Facilzties Act of 1982" for the
above-referenced Assessment District, based upon the proposal submitted, whxch
proposal is hereby approved and adopted.
