The Cit7 Council of the Cit7 of Rancho Cucamonga, California, hereby
amends Resolution No. 85-207 as follows:

Executive Management employees will be assigned to salary ranges wbich
are no less than 20Z below the control point and no more than 15Z above the:
control point. Actual salary within the range is determined by performance,
achievement of goals and objectives, or for recent appointments, growth within
the position.
