A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, RECO~H~rE~ING APPROVAL OF THE
INDUSTRIAL AREA SPECIFIC PLAN/tMENDMEBFr 85-01 OF THE CITY
OF RANCHO CUC/LMONGA
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing
to consider all comments on the proposed Industrial Specific Plan Amendment of
the Circulation Elements thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Raneho Cueamonga City
Council does hereby approve the following amendment to the Circulation
Elements of the Industrial Specific Plan.
shall be
SECTION 1: The Industrial Specific Plan Circulation Element texts
amended as follows:
Deletion of the median island designation on the following streets:
Archibald Avenue
Arrow Route
Rochester Avenue south of Foothill
New Rochester
SECTION 2: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted by the City
Council for this Industrial Specific Plan Amendment, based upon the completion
and findings of the Initial Study.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1985.
