HomeMy WebLinkAbout85-198 - ResolutionsRESOLUTION NO. 85-198 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT 85-03, AMENDING THE RANCHO CUCAMONGA GENERAL PLAN LAND USE MAP FROM LOW MEDIUM RESIDENTIAL AND LOW RESIDENTIAL TO VERY LOW RESIDENTIAL ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WILSON, BETWEEN HAVEN AND MAYBERRY AND TO INCLUDE THOSE PARCELS FRONTING ON THE WEST SIDE OF MAYBERRY - APN 201-181-7-10, 59-60, 80-85. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a duly advertised public hearing on May 22, 1985 to consider all comments and hereby recommends approval of General Plan Amendment 85-03 to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council has held a duly advertised public hearing to consider all comments on the proposed General Plan Amendment. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Rancho Cucamonga City Council does hereby approve the following amendment to the General Plan Land Use Plan: SECTION 1: follows: The General Plan Land Use Map shall be amended as From Low Medium Residential (4-8 du/ae) and Low Residential (2-4 du/ac) to Very Low Residential (less than 2 du/ae) for the 20.2 acres of land located on the south side of Wilson Avenue between Haven and Mayberry and to include those parcels frontinS on the west side of Mayberry and further described as APN 201-181-7, 8, 9, 10, 59, 60, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85. SECTION 2: A Negative Declaration is hereby adopted by the City Council for this General Plan Amendment, based upon the completion and findings of the Initial Study.
