A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY
IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM FORECAST
MORTGATE CORP. FOR PARCEL MAP 9084 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 9084 located on the northside of Almond Avenue,
west of Big Tree Road, submitted by Forecast Mortgage Corp. was approved on
June 5, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Installation of dedicated access to parcel 1 and remainder
parcel established as prerequisite to recordation of Parcel Map 9084 has been
met by entry into a Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by
Forcast Mortgage Corp.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Raneho 'Cueamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Offlee of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1985.
