A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT CONTRACT
AND LIEN AGREEMENT FROM LOUIS BARNES AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, installation of underground utilities established as
prerequisite to recordation of Parcel Map 8060 has been met by entry into a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement by Louis Barnes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cueamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Offlee of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 19th day of June, 1985.
