A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, ACCEPTING A REAL PROPERTY IMPROV~ENT CONTRACT
AND LIEN AGRE~4ENT FROM THE SECOND R.C. GROUP, A LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE SAME
WHEREAS, as a general condition precedent to the issuance of a
building permit for D.R. 84-48, the City requires street improvements,
including 1/2 landscaped median island adjacent to the property to be
developed; and
WHEREAS, the developer desires to postpone construction of such
improvements until a later date, as determined by the City; and
WHEREAS, The Second R.C. Group, a Limited Partnership, executed a
Real Property Improvement Contract and Lien Agreement, a copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREOFRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Raneho Cueamonga, California does accept said Real Property Improvement
Contract and Lien Agreement, authorizes the Mayor and the City Clerk to sign
same, and directs the City Clerk to record same in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Bernardino County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1985.
