NOTICE OF COMPLETI~ FOR THE
WHEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Tract 12590-1
thru 6 have been tompieCed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the york complete.
NOM, THEReFORe, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to siEn and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardlno County.
