CUCAMCBGA, CALIFOI~IA, APPROVIXG PARCEL MAP NUMBER 9064,
(T~TATI~E PARCEL MAP NO. 9064), IMPROV~M~T ACREEMiT, AND
IMPROVEHEIIT SBCURITY
WHEKFAS, Tentative Parcel Map go. 9064, submitted by The Church of
Jesus Cbrlmt of Latter-day Saints, and consisting of 3 parcels, located at the
northseat corner of Hillside Road and Haven Avenue, beinE a division of a
portion of the south 1/2 of Lo~ 10 of Scholvalters Subdivision as recorded in
Book 19 of Maps, Pate 75, records of San Bernardins County was approved by the
PlanninE Commission of the City of Ranthe CucaannSa on September 11, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 9064 is the final up of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite to
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been met by
entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by The Cburcb of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as developer.
NOW, THEREFOBS, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga, and the City C1 ark to attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9064 be and the sam is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same to the County Recorder to be filed for
r ace rd.
PASSE, APPROVE, and ADOPTED this 1st day of October, 1986.
