IMPROVEMENT SECURITY
WHEREAS, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9896, submitted by Bixby
Development Ltd., No. 1, and consisting of 13 parcels, located bet~eeen Millikan
and Pittsburgh Avenues, and Fourth and Sixth Streets, being a division of
Parcel I and 2 of Parcel Map ~085 as reco~ed in Book 70, Pages 7~-77, records
o~ San Bernard~no County was appr~ by ~he Plannin2 Com~ssion of the City of
~ncbo Cuca~n6a on June 11, 19~; and
WHEREAS, Parcel Map No. 98~ is the final up of Cbe division of land
approved as sho~n on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of ~be requirements established as prerequisite Co
approval of the final up by the City Council of said City have nov been met by
entry in~o an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by acceptable Improvement
Security by Bixby Development Ltd., leo. I as developer.
NOW, TSaRflORa, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Che City of
Rancho CucamonSa, California, thaC said Improvement Agreement and said
Improveaent Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rencho CucamonSa, and the City Clerk co attest; and
that said Parcel Map No. 9896 be and the same is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to prese.nt same to the County ~ecorder to be filed for
record.
