AGRBEH~!JT AND IMPROVB)fsaT SECURITY FOR PARCEL MAP 8617
WHSRXAS, the City Council of the tiC7 of Rancho Cucamonga,
California, bas for its consideration an Improvement Extension Agreement
executed on May 2, 1985, by Marlborough Developaen~ Corporation as developer,
for ~be improvement of public right-of-way adjacent Co the real property
specifically described therein, and generally located on the east side of
Milliken Avenue, north of Sighland Avenue; and
WHEREAS, Ehe installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the Ceres thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the developmenC of said Parcel Map 8617; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Extension Agreement is secured and
accompanied by good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in
said Improvement Extension Agreement.
Ned, THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho CucaesnSa, California, that said Improvemen~ Extension Agreement and
said Improvement Security be and Che same are hereby approved and Che Mayor is
hereby auChorised Co sign said Improvement ExCension ASreemenC on behalf of cbe
Cit~y of Exncho Cucamonga, and the City Clerk co attest thereto.
