IMPROVEMElT SECURITY
WHEel&S, Tentative Parcel Map No. 9829, submitted by Lewis homes of
California, and conslatinS of I parcel, located at the northwest corner of
Spruce and Elm Avenues, being a subdivision of a portion of Lot 1, as shown on
Tract No. 2202, in the City of Rancho Cucamonga, County of San Bernardins,
SCats of California, as per map recorded in Book 34 of Maps, Pages 67 and
67-1/2, in ~be office of the Count7 Recorder of said County, and tha~ portion
of Section 1, Township 1 South, RanBe 7 West, San Bernardins Meridian, as shown
on Cucamonga Fruit Land Compan~'s Subdivision, as per map recorded in Book 4 of
Maps, Page 9, in the office of the County Recorder of said County was approved
by the Plannin8 Commission of the Cit7 of Rancho CucamonBa on July 23, 198~;
and
WBEREAS, Parcel Map Is. 9829 is the final map of the division of land
approved as shown on said Tentative Parcel Map; and
WHEREAS, all of the requirements established as prerequisite Co
approval of the final map by the City Council of said City have now been mac by
entry into an Improvement Agreement guaranteed by eccepCable Improvement
Security by Lewis Homes of California as developer,
N0e, TBSRIFOR2, BE IT RESOLVE by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo CucamonSe, California, tbeC said Improvement ASreemenC and said
Improvement Security submitted by said developer be and the same are hereby
approved and Cbe Mayor is hereby authorized to sign said Improvement Agreement
on behalf of the City of Rancho CucnmonSa, and the City Clerk to attest; and
thaC said Parcel Nap Is, 9829 be and Cbe sere is hereby approved and the City
Engineer is authorized to present same Co the County Recorder Co be filed for
record,
PASSE, APPROVE, and ADOPTED this lsC day of October, 1986.
