WHEREAS, the City of Kancbo Cucamoqa operates a Comaunit?
Development Block Crant Pro$ram in compliance vitb the reSulacions established
by ~be U.S. Department of SousinS and Urban Development; and
WaEREAS, ,be Cit~y Council allocated $150,000 from the Fiscal Year
1984-85 Commnit7 Development Block Grant for acquisition of a site for a
neighborhood par~ in the Bortb Town neiSbborbood; and
WHEREAS, the City has acquired the site through ocher means; and
WHEREAS, tbe City Council has held a duly noticed public bearinS co
