A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CIT~ COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
FOR PARCEL MAP 7864 AND AUTBORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETION FOR THE WORK
WHERP./,S, the coustruction of public improvements for Parcel Map 7864
has been completed to the sal~isfaction of: I:be City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NOH, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is aul~borized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Bernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 17th day of September, 1986.
