A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE DISSOLUTION OF TRACTS
9584, 9584-1, 9584-2 FROM LIGHTING DISTRICT I AND FROM
LIGHTING DISTRICT 2
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga deems it
necessary to dissolve Tracts 9584, 9584-1, and 9584-2 located north of Hillside
Road on the east side of Haven Avenue from Lighting District No. I and Lighting
District No. 2.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 85-279 which was passed on the 2nd day of
October, 1985, approvlng improvement agreement, improvement security, and final
map of Tract No. 12650-1 and releasing improvement agreement and improvement
security for Tracts 9584, 9584-1, and 9584-2.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1986.
