A RESOLUTIal OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAI~CHO
CUCAMOItGA, CALIFORNIA, SUMHARILY ORDERlinG THE VACATIO!~ OF A
PORTI(~ OF BANDOLA STREETs NORTH OF FIIeCH STREET
HHSREAS, by Chapter 4, Article 1, Section 8330, of the Streets and
Highway Codes the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga is authorized to
summarily vacate a portion of the City Street hereinafter more particularly
described; and
WHEREAS, the City Council found all the evidence submitted that a
portion of Bandola Street, north of Finch Street is unnecessary for present or
prospective public street purposes.
NO~, TBERE/ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga as follows:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga
hereby makes its order vacatin8 that portion of street on Nap V-055 on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, which has been
further described in a legal description which is attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "A', and by reference made a part thereof.
SECTICO 2: That from and after the date the resolution is recorded,
said portion of Bandola Street north of Finch Street no longer constitutes a
street.
SECTI0~ 3: That the City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San
Bernardino County, California.
PASSEDs APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1986.
