A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IL~qCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING IMPROVEMI~T AGRE~ENT AND
IHPROVENEBT SECURITY FOR PARCEL HAP 7902 AND RELEASING THE
IMPROVEN~T AGREEN~T AND IMPROVENEBT SECURITY APPROVED BY
CITY COUNCIL ON APRIL 16, 1986
WHEREAS, the City Councll of the City of Rancbo Cucamonga,
California, has for its consideration an Improvement Agreement executed on
August 5, 1986, by Arlo W. Blair as developer, for the improvement of public
right-of-way adjacent to the real property specifically described therein, and
generally located on the east side of Nayberry, south of Wilson; and
HHEREAS, tbe installation of such improvements, described in said
Improvement Agreement and subject to the terms thereof, is to be done in
conjunction with the development of said real property as referred to Planning
Commission, Parcel Hap 7902; and
WHEREAS, said Improvement Agreement is secured and accompanied by
good and sufficient Improvement Security, which is identified in said
Improvement Agreement.
NO~, TREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancho Cucamonga, California, that said Improvement Agreement and said
Improvement Security are hereby approved and the same replaces the Improvement
Agreement and Improvement Security submitted by John and Rena Ling, approved by
City Council on April 16, 1986, and the Nayor is hereby authorized to sign said
Improvement Agreement on behalf of the City of Rancho Cucamonga, and the City
Clerk to attest thereto, and to release the Improvement Agreement and
Improvement Security submitted by John and Rena Ling.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1986.
