A RESOLUTIOiq OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RABCHO
CUCAMONGA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AN AGREEN~T FOR
INSTALLATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMEET AND DEDICATION FROM JOHN
P. AMODT AND ENMA J. AMODT AND AUTHORIZING THE HAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO SIGN SAME
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Rancho Cucamonga to
establish requirements for construction of frontaSe improvements in conjunction
vith the Hermosa-Hamilton Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, installation of curb, gutter, street pavements and the
extension of existing fence for the Amodt's property frontlng Hamilton Street
to be made part of the Hermosa-Hamilton Reconstruction Project; and
WHEREAS, John P. and Emma J. Amodt have to dedicate Right-of-Way as
reimbursement to the City for said improvements.
N~, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Rancbo Cucamonga, California, does accept said Improvement Agreement,
authorizes the ~Iayor and the City Clerk to sign same, and directs the City
Clerk to record same in the Office of the County Recorder of San Bernardinn
County, California.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 198~.
