A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANCRO
CUCAMO~GA, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TRE PUBLIC IMPROVEM~I~TS
FOR PARCEL NAP 8477 AND AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A NOTICE
OF COMPLETIOt~ FOR THE WORK
~HEREAS, the construction of public improvements for Parcel Hap 8477
has been completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
HHEREAS, a Notice of Completion is required to be filed, certifying
the work complete.
NO~, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that the work is hereby accepted and
the City Engineer is authorized to sign and file a Notice of Completion with
the County Recorder of San Eernardino County.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 198~.
